At Mary’s Woods in Lake Oswego we are replacing a section of roof due to over exposed (stretched) courses of tile from prior restoration work not performed by CC&L. These stretched courses resulted in a large amount of dry rot. After pulling up the tiles and repairing the dry rot, we will install new underlayment and re-install the tiles, adding two courses. We located matching historical clay tiles in Delaware to add the two additional courses needed to achieve proper coverage.
