Our Maintenance and Repair Division not only provides maintenance service for numerous Property Management Companies, Apartment Complexes and Home Owner Associations, but also repairs hundreds of residential and commercial roof leaks annually. They also handle Single Ply heat welded PVC Membrane Roofing for our low slope, flat roof and walking deck installations. Our Fabrication and Supply Division fabricates custom sheet metal flashings and roof components and is also the Pacific Northwest's main source of historic and replacement Roof Tiles from a bygone era. We've completed new roof installations, re-roofing and historic restorations upon many of Portland's and the Pacific Northwest's landmark structures including Skyscrapers, Churches, Colleges and Mansions. We've completed thousands of residential roofing projects, from tract housing for some of America's largest homebuilders to new custom homes, to our specialty, residential re-roofing.
